POST & PACKING

Horseshoes/Wooden Spoons UK Mainland ONLY P&P as follows:-

European and International P&P - please Contact Me whereby I can confirm price and delivery.

If more than one horseshoe/wooden spoon is required please Contact Me for actual P&P price.

Jewellery and Something Blue UK Mainland ONLY P&P as follows:-

1st Class Recorded Delivery - £2.00 (1-4 items), £3.00 (5-8 items) and £4.00 (9-12 items). 
European and International P&P - please Contact Me whereby I can confirm price and delivery.

If Jewellery or Something Blue ordered with a Horseshoe or Wooden spoon then Post and Packing is FREE.

PAYMENT

As every piece is made to your specifications, I can only begin the creation process once payment and the ORDER FORM is received.

I accept Cheques and Postal Orders payable to Christine Foster, also International Money orders in GB Pounds Sterling.  Once received I will send a confirmation e-mail notifying an order number and the receipt of monies.  Please quote order number in any further communications.

Please allow 10-14 days for delivery from receipt of payment, as any unusual items may take a little time to source.  If in the event I cannot source part of your requirement I will e-mail you with an alternative, and await your reply.  International deliveries may take a little longer.

When the horseshoe is completed you will be informed by e-mail with an attached image. The horseshoe will then be despatched. 

Jewellery will be despatched once completed without email notification.

RETURNS

Horseshoes, Wooden spoons, Bracelets and Necklaces
In the unlikely event of your purchase being damaged in transit please contact me as soon as possible (within 3 days of receipt), where I will supply a RN No. (Returns Note No.)  Please return the item(s) quoting the RN No.  NO REPAIR/REPLACEMENTS CAN BE DONE WITHOUT THIS NUMBER.  Once received, if repair is not possible a replacement will be supplied to the original specification. When the repair/replacement is completed I will notify you by e-mail and return the item(s) Free of Charge to the original delivery address. 

Earrings - All earrings purchased can not be returned due to hygienic reasons.

PRIVACY POLICY

I will only collect the minimum information required to process your order.   I guarantee no information will be passed to anyone else in accordance with the United Kingdom Data Protection Act 1998. You will only receive emails in relation to your order and/or in response to other correspondence or dealings with me.
